My name is Sandra Parr and I live in the North West of England. I have always enjoyed working with textiles, and free motion embroidery and try to use the wonderful inspiration from nature in the pieces I create. The fungi collection was started from what I see on my woodland walks with my Dad, from mosses, lichen, bark, and of course the fabulous fungi. Each piece is individual, using paper, silks, inks and anything else I find around me that works! Each creation is a labour of love and a joy to make.
